"Of love, of quality service, and old school, authentic food preparation." Oz wanted to bring Knoxville something he thought the over saturated food market needed.
That's right delicious Turkey.
During the Turkey shortage, he thought,
"Why not roast our own?"
Guests could taste the difference and were overjoyed.
His next assignment, Roast Beef. Deciding that a quality cut of sirloin was best, the Chicago Italian Beef was integrated, and the Specialty Menu
was born! He was determined to build a menu comprised of popular sandwiches from different regions.
He contacted bakeries located across the U.S., such as Amoroso's, in Philadelphia, and Gambino's,
in New Orleans, to provide guests with an authentic, unique, and quality sandwich experience.
Adding Boar's Head meats and cheeses,
Kelly's Kitchen began making Muffelttas.
They then developed brines for corn beef and pastrami, created house made dressings, and finally had a perfect reuben and pastrami that
In spite of supply and covid challenges, Kelly's Kitchen opened in March 2021, after testing breakfast and later day menu's.
They pride themselves in serving their community with,
"Love in Every Bite."
Their joy is providing patrons with the nostalgic flavors from their favorite sandwich shops across the country, as well as their own creations.
